2008.10 Chinese Red Cross Foundation issued the certificate and medal of Humane Service
Award signed by Peng Peiyun, chairman of the Foundation, to Colink as recognition
of Colink’s donation for the Wenchuan earthquake at the first time.
2008.8 On the tenth anniversary of the founding of Colink, as a supportive unit of simultaneous
interpretation equipment for the XVIII World Congress of the International Federation of
Translators, we undertook the forum on MTI education in cooperation with Guangdong
University of Foreign Studies.
2008.3 Colink took the lead to launch “visual language lab” products in the industry, which,
aiming at oral and communication training in the education of foreign languages, provide
users of language labs at various levels with more advanced application experience.
2007.12 Beijing Colink Digital Technology Co., Ltd was awarded the title of Top 100 Small and
Medium-sized Company in China, being the only language lab company received this
honorary title.
2007.12 The NewClass serial products of Beijing Colink Digital Technology Co., Ltd were granted
the title（National Top 10 E-educational Product Brands ）the fourth time.
2007.9 As a sub-project under the 985 project of Peking University, the simultaneous interpretation
lab with Simultaneous Interpretation Training System NewClass DL760 of School of Foreign
Languages of Peking University filled in the blank of facilities for cultivating simultaneous
interpretation talents and will provide strong supports to the piloting MTI program of School
of Foreign Languages.
2007.5 Colink participated in the 2007 Spring Exhibition of Higher Education Instruments and
Equipments, an authoritative exhibition of education equipments of China, with Language
Context Lab DL900V and Simultaneous Interpretation Training System NewClass DL760.
Our initiative “visual language lab” caused a great sensation at the exhibition and will
vigorously promote the development of language teaching equipments.
2007.4 In the first trial examination of the improved Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), Newclass
digital language learning system satisfactorily completed the examination task of Beijing
Language and Culture University. On that day, over 1000 examinees took the examination
at Beijing Language and Culture University and CCTV News Broadcast reported this event.
2007.4 The latest research and development achievement of Colink Language Context Lab was
launched on the market. It provides a brand-new teaching platform for oral and
communicative training of foreign languages. With visual environment and multi-media
courseware, the Context Lab realized context education and impelled language learning
system to a deeper application stage.
2007.2 Colink stood out from nearly a hundred candidates in the 6th recommendation of Top Ten
Small and Medium Zhongguancun Hi-tech Enterprises with Most Development Potential
2006, and was awarded the honorary title depending on its persistent creativity, scientific
management, powerful market potential and favorable public praise for her services.
2007.1 Colink was listed among Top Ten Famous Brands of Digital School Equipments in the
annual election of 2006 HC360.com Top Ten Brands of Education Industry through public
online ballot.
2006.12 The NewClass digital language learning system was awarded the Certificate of National
Important New Product issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry
of Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection
and Quarantine and the State Environmental Protection Administration, and became a
key supported company in the promotion program of national important new products.
2006.12 Colink conducted a user survey and hosted a works collection activity on the theme of
“Story between NewClass and I” to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Colink in the
year-end service month of 2006.
2006.5 The NewClass digital language learning system undertook the first digital oral test in
TEM 4 and performed an excellent examination work for nearly 2,000 examinees from
all parts of China.

2006.4 The NewClass digital language learning system performed a perfect work in the
digital listening and oral tests for more than 1,500 examinees in the Chinese
Proficiency Test (HSK) of basic, elementary-intermediate and advanced levels.
2006.4 The simultaneous training system NewClass DL760 was launched. This
high-end educational system was tailored to interpretation education of
translation specialty. It filled the gaps in the field of simultaneous interpretation
education both home and abroad and attracted lots of attention from colleges that
offer interpretation courses around China.
2006.3 Colink was granted the honorary title of 2005 Promise-keeping Enterprise, which
was examined and approved by Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce
and publicized to the society.
2005.11 Colink launched a nationwide customer service activity, NewClass 2005 With-Class
Action. As a successful examination of hi-tech products’ services to the market, it
was appraised by all classroom-teachers.
2005.10 NewClass was awarded as the National Audio-visual Educational Equipment “Top Ten
Brand of Language Lab” in the third election activity.
2005.10 NewClass Binary Star DL 500K hit the market. With the first “Embedded Multi-User
RTOS” in the world and self-innovated “split-screen technology” and “digital
dual-user technology”, this digital language learning system has extremely
high performance cost ratial.
2005.10 The NewClass digital language learning system was adopted in the HSK (Advanced)
test. This was the first time in China that oral test was done with digital recording instead
of long-used tape recording and was a success in transforming the recording from
traditional analogue to digital.
2005.6 The project of the NewClass language learning system won 1.10 million Yuan of
2005 Technological Innovation Fund for National Small and Medium Science
and Technology Company issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology
without compensation.
2005.5 The NewClass language learning system was determined as a National-grade Torch Plan
Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
2005.5 The NewClass hyper terminal-type digital language learning system DL900i came into
market, ushering in a new era when access to the internet without PC was available at
the student terminal.
2005.3 The NewClass PC+ dual-user terminal-type terminal type digital language learning
system DL700s hit the market. Its ingenious design enabled two students to share
one “embedded terminal”, which greatly reduced hardware cost and began to cut down
the high price of high-end digital language learning system.
2004.4 The NewClass PC+ dual-user terminal-type digital language learning system
DL700E/500E came into market. It integrated digital language lab, computer network
lab and multimedia lab so that one room can perform multiple functions and the
equipments and ground were put into maximum play. Therefore, it was favored by lots
of domestic foreign studies colleges.
2003.12 The NewClass digital language learning system was awarded the CCC certificate
(China Compulsory Certificate) issued by China Quality Certification Center, and thus
Colink became the first company receiving this certificate in the language lab industry.
2003.12 The NewClass digital language learning system was accepted by the market. A
sales breakthrough of 100 labs was made for the year, and in the end of the
year the system was awarded the honorary title of National Audio-visual
Educational Equipment “Top Ten Brands of Language Lab” in the second election activity.

system DL700 was launched into the market. It had the language learning
terminal-based VOD function and realized a breakthrough in solving the difficulty of
time-lag in Ethernet–based audio transmission.

2002.1 The IP Protocol-based web cam NewEye 100 was released.
2001.12 NewClass was awarded the honorary title of National Famous Brand of
Audio-visual Educational Equipment “Top Ten Brands of Multimedia Teaching
Network” issued by China Audio-visual Education Association.
2001.12 NewClass was awarded the honorary title of China Computer Education “Product of
2001”.
2001.9 The sales number of the NewClass multimedia network teaching system broke through
10,000. NewClass multi-media network labs were used in colleges, middle schools and
education-and-training departments around China and the equipments were exported to
education markets of the US, Canada, Israel and Germany.
2000.5 NewClass NC-400 was released. Its functions were distinctive from other products of the
industry.
2000.3 NewClass NC-6000, a multimedia central control system, was released.
2000.2 NewClass NC-230 was released. The excellent quality of this equipment further was
spread among the user group.
1999.6 NewClass NC-300, the first digital multimedia network educational system in China,
was released. It was a forerunner in digitalization of network language teaching system.
1999.3 The software of NewClass Zhenglong Network Examination Room was released and
quickly promoted around the whole China market.
1998.9 NewClass NC-200 was released. It attracted attention from the industry and was
successfully sold abroad.
1998 Beijing Colink Digital Technology Co., Ltd was founded. NC-100, an independently
developed NewClass multimedia network educational system,was successful launched
to the market. Owing to its outstanding technological leading edge, teaching-friendly
functions and reliable quality, it won the favor of teachers from many schools ever since
